All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details of the purchased items.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer both Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Cost-effective option calculated based on product weight, shipping method, and delivery location. delivery is 3–7 business days within India.

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery option available at checkout. delivery is 1–3 business days, depending on location.

During checkout, you will be able to view all available shipping methods and associated charges clearly before making payment.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Currently, CraftCloudIndia™ ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We are working on expanding our services, and updates on international shipping will be shared in the future.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days.

ORDER TRACKING
