DO YOU REPLACE DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

At CraftCloudIndia™, we take utmost care in carefully packing and shipping our products, so they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the damage.

Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or another suitable solution. We deeply value your satisfaction and appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve you better.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Most orders are processed within 1 business day, so cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

To cancel or modify your order, please email us at craftcloudindia.connect@gmail.com with your order number and request. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED ORDER?

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours, though the time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The refund will be credited to source account within 7-10 working days.

DO YOU HAVE REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE?

Currently, CraftCloudIndia™ does not provide reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us in case of approved returns or exchanges.

You will need to bear the shipping charges for the return, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

DO YOU EXCHANGE PRODUCTS ONCE PURCHASED?

We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product(s) delivered differ from the product(s) you ordered.
  • The product(s) do not match the description provided on our website.
  • The product is found to be damaged upon arrival.
  • Exchange will be delivered in 3-5 working days.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we accept returns under specific conditions. Please note the following:

Eligibility:

  • Return request must be initiated within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • The product must be in original packaging, unused, unopened, and with intact shrink wrap.

If you wish to return the product due to personal dislike or quality concerns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We do not accept returns for bulk orders (more than 3 quantities).

For products purchased via third-party platforms, their respective return/refund policies will apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 Hours of delivery.

CraftCloudIndia™ will bear the full return shipping cost in such cases.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Process:

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Ship the product back to our warehouse (address will be shared by our support team).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
